Wir essen nun schon lange in der Mensa und mit dem Essen sind wir bis jetzt immer zufrieden gewesen. Wie unfreundlich das Personal ist, ist echt unerhört! Nun ist es der letzte Tropfen gewesen und wir lassen und dort nicht mehr blicken. Distanzlos, frech und null Hilfsbereitschaft. Das letzte mal waren wir am Freitag dort. Die Dame an der Kasse war so unfreundlich und hat uns auch noch angemacht, weil ihr irgendwas an unserem Kindermenü nicht gepasst hat. Auf unsere Anfrage konnte sie es uns nicht mal erklären, was da jetzt nun nicht richtig war, stattdessen hat sie uns total unfreundlich behandelt. Da mussten wir schon wieder mal diskutieren. Wir haben alles bezahlt und wollten es in die bezahlten mitnehm Formen umfühlen. Da kam eine unfreundliche Dame von dem Personal, war total Distanzlos, hat unser Essen angefasst und uns angemacht, "das essen werde so weich" und hat überhaupt nicht verstanden dass das Essen bezahlt ist. Hat uns angeschrieben und hat versucht uns das Essen wegzunehmen! Wir kamen uns vor wie Diebe die das Essen klauen und das mit unserem 6 Monate altem Sohn auf dem Arm ! No Go. Vielleicht wäre mal eine Option dem Personal mal Freundlichkeit und Manieren bei zubringen sowie Nähe und Distanz zu anderen Menschen, welche sich auch für...
