I regularly come here, mainly because of the nice summer terrace and location next to the Botanical garden. I find the friendliness of the service and the quality of food vary a lot depending on the personnel! Didn't like the wrap I ordered - totally cold and tasting bland and heartless. However another time I did enjoy some of the more persian dishes and drinks they serve. (However also the way they serve persian tea -i.e. Persischer Traum- highly depends on the personnel.. more milk, or stronger on the tea).

I still like it well enough to return sometimes but would recommend the staff to be trained a bit more so quality...

Bislang habe ich ausschließlich positive Bewertungen bei Google hinterlassen aber diesmal komme ich um eine negative Rezension nicht drumherum. Wir waren gestern in dem Café frühstücken. Das Essen war ok, definitiv nichts herausragendes. Der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt aber Geschmäcker sind ja bekanntlich unterschiedlich. Wir wurden von einer jungen Dame bedient, welche schnell und auch sehr freundlich war. Ein Mitarbeiter meinte auf einmal, sich lautstark über unsere Kellnerin beschweren zu müssen. Erst stellte er sie vor allen bloß, weil er sie fragte ob sie es ernsthaft nicht schaffe vier Teller auf einmal zu tragen. Und dann redete er mit den Mitarbeitern der Küche darüber, dass das Problem der heutigen jungen Menschen daran läge, dass sie zu viel Zeit hätten und dass sie doch mal für eine Woche in den Iran oder Irak sollten und dadurch geerdet werden würden. Mal davon abgesehen, dass dieser Mitarbeiter sich gegenüber der Kellnerin absolut respektlos verhalten hat und man so nicht mit Menschen redet, ist es eine absolute Frechheit, dass er dann auch noch lautstark über sie lästert, sodass es die gesamte Kundschaft mitbekommt (wir saßen draußen und da alles sehr eng und klein ist, hätte man es gar nicht überhören können). Dieser Mann hat es geschafft, dass man sich absolut unwohl fühlt und das gesamte Ambiente zerstört wurde. Wegen ihm bewerte ich auch den Service mit nur einem Stern, wobei unsere Kellnerin fünf verdient hätte. Liebend gerne hätte ich ihm meine Meinung über sein absolut nicht soziales Verhalten mitgeteilt aber da meine Tochter auf mir schlief, wollte ich einer lautstarken Diskussion seinerseits - denn anders kann er vermutlich nicht sprechen - aus dem Weg gehen. Wiederkommen werden wir zu 100% nie wieder, was wirklich schade ist, da man aus diesem Café in dieser Lage wirklich eine Wohlfühl-Oase...
