Rocket Pizza — Local services in Budapest

Owner called me to tell me I was in the wrong about an order with a specific allergy requirement. The pizza was covered in the ingredient that I specified I didn’t want. A note was included in both the order and on the phone at time of order.

Shameful service and I’m glad I never have to deal with this place again. Seriously poor management.

Even in their google review, rather than show the mature empathy any well established business would, they still find the ability to be sarcastic and refute the customer. I’m glad the person I spoke to isn’t the owner, and they frankly would fail at the first obstacle if they tried to own a business themselves with service like that.

Simply put, they’re not worth engaging with, and it’s a blatant abhorrent lie that they’ve included relating to the ongoing pandemic.

They should be ashamed of their regard for customer service and take a look...

We were highly disappointed with our experience. The estimated delivery time was up to 1 hour and 15 minutes, but we only received our order almost 2 hours and 30 minutes later. We tried calling the restaurant to locate the order but received no response. After reaching out through Wolt support, the delivery person arrived and falsely claimed to have been waiting at our door for 20 minutes. This was not true, as I had been waiting outside for nearly 30 minutes before the delivery arrived.

The pizza arrived cold, with the box wet and greasy (as shown in the pictures). After consuming the food, we felt unwell. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and we would not recommend...

Thanks to Nétpincers flaws in their app I accidentally ordered my pizza to my friends place (yes I double checked that the app was set for my adress before I choose a restaurant), which is fine and all as I don't mind buying my friend a pizza. What I do not like is the fact that I pre-paid the pizza and the delivery guy then charged my friend the full amount in cash. I called the restaurant the moment after my friend called me upset, asking why I was ordering a pizza to his place "without paying for it", and was promised to be called back in a few minutes. It has now been 50 minutes since I called and not a single attempt at a call back. This place is a scam, you just don't charge twice...
