Coffee Bean Inn — Hotel in Bengaluru

Unprofessionally blemished otherwise a decent place to return. I was looking for a part day accommodation as my flight schedules are not allowing me to stay for more than 12 hrs on the same day. Google then found this deal online but knowing that I need early check-in and to avoid waiting at the airport, I called coffee bean few days in advance asking if they allow me around 9 in the morning. Quickly offered for 200 more bucks but only if I book the stay with them, not bad so paid them in advance on a gpay number but no confirmation was sent as promised even after a follow up. Went by trust but on arrival, I was bitterly welcomed by a new rate asking me to pay 500 more. On questioning, I was told to book online for that rate where money was clearly not the issue. Also tried to charge me for complimentary breakfast though what offered was only a bread slice giving an excuse saying nothing left since its nearing 10. Except for the unprofessional behaviour and non functioning shower head, I would say it was an OK stay with barely anyone else in the hotel. Take my advice and never book...

No one at the check in counter. Had to wait 30 mins for someone to show up. After calling them only was someone sent after 15 mins Room was not ready even though I was there 1 hour after the check in time. Had to wait for 20 more minutes No cook available. So much for trying out the praised food here. Had to get food from outside.

Bare minimum channels on TV. Looks like even on more expensive rooms like Executive rooms they are not able to afford 19 Rs./Month for sports channels like Star Sports.

The staff was courteous though. They did apologize for the inconvenience. However, the situation shouldn't even have come down to that The rooms are spacious and bathroom very clean (credit goes to the staff for keeping it that way). Beds are quite comfortable.

I would be hesitant to recommend this place to others at this price at least. First impression is the last impression they say, and the impression was not at all at par with the expectations set based on the 4.X...

This is my second stay at Coffee bean and I’m sure I’d choose this place again for my next visit to Bengaluru! The staff is very welcoming and promptly respond to all your needs - you don’t have to wait on anything! The rooms are disinfected and all COVID-19 safety protocols are followed. The place has a homely vibe with best of the amenities (special mention regarding the amazing food they serve here!) and is located in the heart of Bengaluru. ||Ideal stay for families as well...
