This iconic ice cream parlor has been delighting taste buds for decades, and its charm remains undiminished.
Ambiance and Service
While Corner House might not be a fancy, upscale place, it exudes a nostalgic charm that transports you to simpler times. The outlets in Jayanagar are typically bustling, especially on weekends, but the staff manages the crowd efficiently. Expect a friendly and prompt service.
Ice Cream Extravaganza The real star, of course, is the ice cream. Corner House is famous for its generous portions and the sheer variety of flavors. From classic options like Vanilla and Chocolate to unique concoctions like Alphonso Mango and Tender Coconut, there's something for every palate.
Must-tries: The Death by Chocolate is a decadent affair for chocolate lovers. The Fruit Salad Sundae is a refreshing burst of flavors. And if you're feeling adventurous, try the Masala Chai ice cream.
Texture and taste: The ice cream is creamy and rich, with authentic flavors that shine through. The toppings, from fresh fruits to crunchy nuts, complement the ice cream perfectly.
Pricing
While the portions are generous, the pricing is on the higher side compared to other ice cream parlors. However, considering the quality and the overall experience, it's justifiable for a special treat.

Read moreCongratulations Corner House. You have really outdone yourself in disappointing your customer this time. Just look at the attached photo to get an idea on how they cheat people, either by giving less quantity or not delivering the right items. Word of caution: Never order from this place. At least 50 percent of the items will be missing from your order. They are deaf towards customer requests ,completely ignoring cooking instructions despite having called multiple times and telling them. I told them not to add peanuts and yet they did. I told them to give extra chocolate sauce(even paying for it) and they didn't. Don't pay extra for extras, it's a complete hoax. Not once was I given the items I had paid for. That's how ignorant they are. I don't blame them. The reputation has gotten to their heads, so much that they believe the customer will put up with anything purely because of their past performance. I had been a regular to the corner House chain but the time has come to put an end to that streak. Thank you Corner House for all those years of service. I hope you become humble soon before many like me would get frustrated and eventually stop visiting you. Curb your arrogance and stop relying on the past or else you will have no one to blame but yourself. Stop cheating people who had faith in you once...

Good luck. When the shop was started, the electricity connection was a difficulty for quite some months. But the owner used a portable generator and ran the shop incurring extra expenditure. That was the daring action of the owner for customers. Let us encourage courage.
