We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Bloom Hotel, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and unparalleled hospitality from every single staff member, the manager, and even the owner, who personally ensured our comfort.

The food deserves a special mention—it was simply divine! Each meal was freshly prepared, flavorful, and a delight to savor. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay extremely relaxing and stress-free.

What made our experience truly unforgettable was being the very first customer of this newly launched Bloom franchise. They went above and beyond to make us feel special by presenting us with a beautiful bouquet as a token of love. It was a heartfelt gesture that made us feel privileged and valued.

Guests can conveniently request amenities such as an iron box, hair dryer, or shaving kit by simply scanning a QR code provided in the room. This user-friendly feature allows seamless access to these items through a quick chat interface, enhancing the overall guest experience.

We are incredibly happy with the hospitality we received and wish Bloom Jayanagar all the very best for a bright and successful future. This hotel has set a high benchmark for hospitality, and we are proud to say we were part of its beginnings. We will cherish this memorable stay and will definitely return!

A stay dipped in yellow — with just a tiny stain.

From the moment you step in, Bloom Hotels lives up to its signature theme — bright, yellow, and cheerful. The attention to detail is commendable: from the decor to the tiniest clothes hanger, the yellow branding is subtly and stylishly everywhere.

The room itself is cozy, warm, and immaculately neat. The bathroom, although a bit on the compact side, is functional. The shower area is separated by a curtain (no glass partitions here), but hot water runs 24/7 which is a big plus.

A small downside — amenities are only provided upon request. While this might be a budget-friendly move for them, it takes away from the luxury of seeing your essentials neatly laid out when you walk in.

On the brighter side, they make up for it with strong WiFi, a smart TV, super-comfy beds, and perfectly functioning AC — something a lot of hotels fail to get right, but Bloom nails it.

Everything was smooth until checkout — where the reception staff claimed a ₹1000 fine for a stain on the blanket, saying it was blood. It was actually ice cream. Though I agreed to pay and asked if I could keep the sheet (fair enough, right?), they suddenly dropped the fine. The inconsistency left a slightly odd taste in an otherwise pleasant experience.

Lastly, location: Bloom Jayanagar is bang on the main road. Great for business travellers who want accessibility. Not so great if you’re hunting for a peaceful,...

I recently stayed at Bloom Hotel, Jayanagar for 4 days and overall, it was a very good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the food was really great.

The complimentary breakfast was a highlight – tasty and with a wide range of South Indian dishes like idly, upma, etc. However, I have one small suggestion: at the live counter, only dosa was being prepared. It would be great to add more variety to the live section, such as parathas, or other fresh items .... This would really enhance the breakfast experience.

One more important suggestion: please consider providing premium OTT subscriptions (like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) in all rooms. Currently, if a guest wants to use OTT platforms, they have to log in with their personal account – and not everyone may have one. Also, many guests may not watch local TV channels, so having premium OTT access by default would be a great way to improve in-room entertainment and overall guest satisfaction.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Bloom Hotel, Jayanagar to others. Just a couple of small upgrades could make the experience...
