I had a very disappointing experience at JP nagar Central mall INOX food counter. During the interval, I was the very first person in the queue and placed my order immediately, yet unbelievably I received my food after one full hour. Meanwhile, everyone else around me who ordered later was served well before me. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in a professional setup, especially when customers pay a premium for both tickets and refreshments. The staff showed absolutely no sense of urgency, fairness, or customer service. My entire movie experience was ruined because of this careless and irresponsible handling. If this is how you treat your customers, I will think twice before ever visiting again and will not recommend...

Very bad experience at Central Mall. I parked my bike in the mall parking and locked my helmet with it. When I came back, my helmet was stolen. I requested to check the CCTV footage, and I saw a man trying to break my bike lock. When he failed, he broke helmet locks from other bikes along with my helmet lock. and stole 3 helmets.

The shocking part is that he walked out of the mall right in front of the security guard, and the guard didn’t even question him! This shows how careless and irresponsible the mall security is.

There is zero safety in the parking area. Very disappointed with the management. I’ll never visit this mall again and won’t recommend anyone...

Visited Central Mall recently to catch a movie at the INOX theatre — the theatre experience was pretty good! Seats were comfy and the audio-visual quality was solid. The snacks were surprisingly nice too, not overly priced for a multiplex.

The mall itself is just across the road and seems to mostly focus on clothing stores — not a huge variety, especially when it comes to eateries. The food court felt a bit underwhelming with limited options.

One downside was the parking charge — ₹50 for a two-wheeler felt a bit steep.
