Paratha plaza — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently ordered the Paneer Butter Masala combo for ₹115 from Paratha Plaza, and this is not the first time I've had an issue with the order. The combo is supposed to come with 3 chapatis, but once again, I only received 2 chapatis. Despite pointing this out previously, the mistake happened again.

I even provided a photo for reference (attached), but the shop denied the error, claiming there were 3 chapatis, which is clearly not the case. For ₹115, I expect better accuracy and customer service. It's frustrating when the same issue keeps happening, and they refuse to acknowledge their mistake.

The gravies are generally cooked with more salt and there is a lack of attention to detail intent. You can have parathas with confidence here but avoid having phulkas with any gravy.

I feel the online food delivery apps have in general destroyed the taste factor in several small restaurants. This used to be a good place to dinein when they had initially opened. In the greed to find more business (💰💰💰) and the hurry to deliver these orders, the cook in the kitchen is forced to do things not in a perfect manner.

One suggestion is to have 2 cooks, one for online orders and the other for people visiting the restaurant. Even better suggestion is to close the restaurant and only deliver...

Please don't order from this place. My recent encounter with Zomato involved ordering paranthas, and to my dismay, I discovered a metal object concealed within one of the paranthas. This incident left me with a truly dreadful experience.

Not only was the presence of a foreign object inexcusable, but the overall quality of the food was also disappointing. It's evident that they lack the expertise required to prepare authentic and delicious paranthas. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment to ensure a safe and enjoyable...
