I would suggest everyone to have only shawarma here as the other foods are not good . Biryani doesn't taste like biryani where tamato rice is better than the biryani served here and fried rice , the rice is very raw like half cooked . And grill , the chicken is very hard to chew and sometimes we can even find chicken feather where it indicates that the chicken is not being cleaned properly with hygiene. Talking about the service of this restaurant at the first floor is the worst of all . I had ordered just one plate shawarma and they literally took more than 30 mins to give the food which we ordered. When we asked them why this late they told that is chicken is getting roasted. Later when I went nd checked down , the chicken was burnt black . I cancelled the order nd just walked out of the restaurant . Worst experience at this hotel never go to...

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. We ordered 3 different faloodas, but after waiting for at least 20 minutes, they served us all the same kind. To make matters worse, one of the faloodas had a large piece of whole pomegranate in it.

None of the staff didn't seem to care about the mix-up or the unexpected pomegranate piece.

This restaurant charges at least 60-70 rupees more for falooda compared to other places in the area. Uncooked dishes like falooda should be prepared with more care and hygiene.

The first-floor seating area had a strong phenol smell, and one of the staff members was actively spraying phenol and mopping the floor around our table while we were trying to eat. It created a very uncomfortable dining environment. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on...

Food wise its good. I always used to take Grilled chicken from here. But after GST came into picture these people started cheating in the name of GST. Price was hiked and then GST was added. Myself and one more person argued with the cashier/collector that the item has been overpriced and we take items from here regularly. We also asked him whether he was giving without putting tax before? They said they were adding the same tax earlier also!!!!! We both were like WHAT if you were adding same tax earlier and now then the price should be same..
