Cremeé Fresh Cake N Snacks — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I have visited twice when writing this review. I see a lot of potential for a good business BUT below are the points which needs improvement as per me The menu is not aligned with products for eg. They have veg puff, paneer puff and chicken puff on the day I went and I couldn't see those on the menu or the price of these anywhere. I'm wondering is they have a printed menu. Same is the case with donuts, atleast 5 variety of donuts were there but no labelling or price. Less service staff - Sunday there was one person to bill and one person to service costumer which was not enough. Since no menu or labelling we have to ask the already busy person what is what. It's a huge inconvenience to all. And so, this staff is also frustrated from answering the same questions again and again. Like when I asked him what a specific cake was he said something and I could only catch the first part by the time he turned away . It's not a good experience for customers. It's like self service.. first you take products you need with the help of staff and then take it to the billing counter. Let's say if I take a donut and realise it's costly I can't return it as it's already packed.

Overall the store needs some guidelines for the staff and operations to succeed.

On the positive side,...

I had ordered a strawberry birthday cake. They had a wrong cake prepared with strawberry jelly as the cream. On raising the concern, the lady attending first said that nothing can be done. Later she agreed to have another one prepared as per the order. The baker was trying to remove the cream from the cake and replace it with the cream that I had requested. He was using his plain hand without any glove to remove the cream from the knife and then using the same knife without cleaning it to apply the new cream. I raised concern and no one seemed to bother. Finally when I became vocal in front of other customers, another chef or baker was ready to get me a new cake. I did not take the cake. Got the refund of the advance amount paid. Think twice before you buy anything from this place. I use to always order cakes for all occasions from them. I have made the cake here for my daughter 1st Birthday and it was awesome. I have selected one pic from internet and they have customize that in such a lovely way that exactly satisfied my criteria ( I wanted name, Year and some baby kind of photo on cake). Thanks to Thier staff who really did their job and they matched the photo exactly I wanted. Now coming to the taste I took my all-time favourite Butterscotch flavour which was delicious. You can pick any flavour which you like the most. When you ordered the cakes don't go with heavy designs. I know these designs looks so pretty but in order to make, they have to use more a sugar kind of material ( which is helpful to make the design). In that case it will become more sweet and may deviated from original flavours. Take the easier and lighter designs which can be made through the creams only.
