Quality and taste of Biriyani supplied is good for that reason I am repeated customer. I stay 150 meters away from their Vignan nagar outlet. However I also wanted to let you all know about the hiccups in delivery. After the order placed, I usually get a call immediately from them confirming my address. After a long wait more that 40 minutes we will call them again, then they will say that the order just left from their premise will reach your place soon. After few minutes we will get a call from the delivery boy saying that he reached at a "place" and will give some land mark which is at least 3 kilometers away from you. (this is an indirect information for you that you will get your order only after 30 to 40 minutes from now). However we explain our location he will not get a clarity and finally you think you can call the other number where they confirmed the address. From now onwards the office number will not pickup my calls until the delivery boy reaches my home. Once the delivery is completed we will get a call from their office enquiring about the delivery. I recently visited one of the best places for Hyderabadi-style dum biryani, and it was an amazing experience. The place looks cozy and comfortable, ideal for visiting with family and friends. The ambience and seating were good and comfortable, with nice music. The food was delicious and tasty; we started with the prawn manchurian, fish garlic chili, BBQ chicken along with fresh fruit juices of watermelon and mint lime. For the main course, we ordered butter kulcha and garlic naan, and the highlight of the meal was the famous Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani and chicken boneless biryani, which were absolutely delicious. For desserts, we had the gadbad and the kulfi ice cream, both of which were really yummy. The staff were really friendly and courteous, and valet parking was available, which was really convenient. I found these biryanis mild, flavorful, and aromatic in each grain of rice served with tender meat pieces. To my great surprise, the vegetarian version of biryani was also equally sumptuous. Worst , they don’t value the customer , can’t smile when taking order, a bit rude behaviour.

I asked for masala cold drink the waiter told rudely NO and we can’t provide . Then I asked if I get atleast a pinch of of jal jeera powder. He told NO it’s not in menu and can’t give. Then I went to cash counter and asked if I can talk to the manager. One person was sitting there and told yes tel me I m the manager now. He was continuously on his mobile and didn’t bother to Look at my face too. I asked if I can get a pinch of jaljeera powder but he told NO you can’t get then continue on his mobile game. I told u r too busy it seems. He just look at me and asked yes anything else and back to mobile .

I had to come back my table and sit. Nobody bothered to come back to me.
