Staffs are good but they will make u buy anything from them I buyed fab and funky tricycle from them i was watching them while they are fitting the tricycle but then i saw there was scratches and back side carrier small piece was broke it was 10-20% defect piece and i asked the person he said its like that only there will be no issue but i didnt check properly because it was closing time and i had to buy i didnt had any option left But after reaching home i checked i saw the tyre was defected piece rubber pieces was separating and the carrier was broke ( while buying they said its like that only but after watching the youtube video then i realised that its not like this ) Overall very bad experience There was no warranty or 1 week return time for it if i had time then i would definitely had been given back to them its better to buy online ( it can be returned)

What is the point of loyalty cards and annual memberships when the store manager is not willing to accommodate a simple request from the customer to exchange S size diapers pack with M size diapers bag. After making 25k worth of purchases and being loyal to this brand for all the spend for our baby, is this what we as customers need to hear from the store manager ‘it is company policy, we cannot exchange’.
