While the service was good, but the overall experience was poor. Too chaotic and unorganized, probably the first time I saw and experience this in any BBQN.

Grill were just warm with a reason that all starters are ~100% ready so it doesn't matter, though they changed it towards the end. What's the point if Grill is not needed :) serve on the plate directly!

Many main courses were poorly prepared, veg biryani was tasteless, and veggies and paneer was too chewy and dry.

Veg starters were mundane and very slow in serving. Soft drinks counter was kinda closed, no reason was given.

Weekend rush can't be an excuse as BBQN runs on reservation so they should accept what they can handle.

Hope they improve and keep their repeat customer in their mind. /* 27 Dec 2021 */ Oh yes! First eating out in this pandemic, after about 22 months. I was really worried about the hygiene, quality etc. However, this strong Google community really helped in taking my decision.

This outlet is fairly recent in the BBQN chain (14th September 2021), and certainly taking the advantage of time to ensure the best service what people would definitely care. It's spacious, clean and comfortable approach, wide and modern elevator.

The staffs are courteous and well in count to cover all the tables, guests.

Food are usual in the same fashion as how it's at BBQN across. I liked the placement and comfortable gap between areas to ensure its not crowded.

Few things has changed in this pandemic time, like napkins and straws are gone, yeh it's OK.

Mr Ujjwal was excellent in his service by taking great care of us. Mr Shabbir supported him as well.

A definitely a 5 Star, just reducing half point here, as Veg starters could have been better and can be improved.

Firstly, I highly recommend this restaurant for their brilliant and happy customer service. I would even give a 10 star to them. Mr Suman and Mr Ajay in the pic were simply too good and provided us the best service. Today was my first visit to this outlet, as I've always been to their JP nagar outlet. The ambience is too good and they don't hurry you which makes you eat in a relaxed way. What more a foodie wants:)))) For vegetarians and non vegetarians, you have variety of food served that everyone would love it 💗 They cater to everyone and there are several options that won't disappoint you at all. They even have a live chat counter besides North Indian and Chinese and a lot of salad and dessert options as well, especially their kulfi counter.. Yummm. Honestly, I wanted to try everything but it just wasn't possible. And that would definitely leave you coming back for more. I'd suggest to visit for a weekday lunch or dinner, as it could otherwise get crowded. Luckily it wasnt that crowded today, I guess bcoz of heavy rains. Also, did I mention that it's quite reasonable too and they further gave me a small discount too.. they refused to take tip from us☺️ My family along with friends visted and absolutely loved it. I did not like the experience as we were seated at a place where the AC was not working and it was in the afternoon we struggled so much along with our kids in this hot summer. When we asked the service personnel about the same he said he will get another table as this has AC issue. I was feeling inside like what the heck, if you knew about this why would you let us feel so much discomfort. After an hour or so we got moved to a cooler place but still I had a bad first impression. Water was not served to us and was given after a lot of delay.

Coming to the food service it was delayed and we were all hungry, for kids i requested low spicy but that order came up very late. It annoyed me a lot. They didn't serve other items which were on the menu but we have seen it being served for other tables. I didn't understand what kind of treatment is this? We are all paying the same amount of bill so you better treat all customers equally important. (No crispy corn served, they put that aloo starter even when i told that i don't like to eat that, they are just forcing us to waste food). I really wonder what happens to all the food that doesn't get eaten up! The service was more of an on demand request for refilling water and other stuff, they didn't approach us, instead we had to approach them. I didn't enjoy the taste of food as well, it was just average. Going to this BN made me think a lot and I don't think I'll ever go to this...
