BSK Deluxe Lodging — Hotel in Bengaluru

Made a one night booking for 4 rooms 15 days prior to a wedding. Called one week before event to confirm no last min cancellations . I was assured by 3 different people including Mr Clifford that our rooms are booked and guaranteed

called them again on the day prior to the wedding to confirm check in time and we were informed rooms were cancelled Because they had an issue. In reality they had no issue and had cancelled our booking because they got a 4 day continuous booking for the same dates 😡😡

They assured again they will try to make alternate arrangements and lied to me that the booking was cancelled due to construction but in reality there was no construction and rooms were functional.

There was no callback after that and no alternate arrangements were made . They did not even have the courtesy to call back and inform us about the cancellation and in fact they assured us room was booked when we called a week before

Extremely unprofessional behaviour leading to last min scampering to find hotel rooms for arriving guests

Was searching for a accommodation for few days and was searching for it in nearby location. I walked in to this BSk lodging while after finding it out in google, stayed there for almost 5 days and rooms are very well maintained and the service is amazing as well. Location is also good and serene, for morning walkers, you will enjoy the surrounding. No traffic noise. Appreciate the staffs for their outstanding customer service and hospitality…!!! Especially Mr. Bharath Shetty and Mr. Basavaraj. Food is amazingly tasty and very affordable as well. Chicken biriyani will cost you approx ₹130/- only (tasty as well). Must try their Tandoori Chicken for sure someone checks-in. Thanks for you...

Rooms are good and spacious... Booked in bulk for 5+ Rooms....But Service was very very poor... They don't give keys in lot for all the room... Only When room is getting checked in they give the key... Few of the rooms water heater were not working... Had to take bath in cold water.... There was a power cut while we stayed... when I contacted the service their response was very unwelcoming and asked to wait till the power turns up... Post night they even close the reception shutters.... So anyone coming later would have to wait till the service person comes and opens the basement shutters.... They even turn off lift controls... Making it hard at...
