After googling where to find sourdough bread, we discovered Breadtime stories! Couldn’t find a telephone number only an online ordering system, we decided to take a drive (as it was local to us ). They weren’t easy to spot, as they don’t have a signboard. Met the owner, Rudhram, who were really friendly who explained they are actually not a walk in shop (yet!) but this is where they bake the bread! We were lucky to be able to purchase a lovely loaf of sourdough bread (as they bake for shops and on demand). The whole wheat sourdough bread and crackers were delicious. The bread texture was excellent and soft. Toooo good .The sourdough crackers are so crunchy and flavourful.A must buy product.The corn tortillas were delicious too.could feel the taste of real corn kernels .The commitment and steps taken by the management in assuring us the product reaches on time even though we were 100 kms away from Banglore shows your commitment and dedication . I was looking for Pita bread and found a listing of this store online and was pleasantly surprised that it's just 5 mins walk from my place. I have been trying out Sourdough across stores in Blr for past decade and as result have favs across Indranagar and Kormangala. So far I have tried the Pita bread, Korean Bun and Cheddar Cheese Jalapeno Sourdough and am truly delighted with the taste/texture ...
