If it’s one thing that I am craving a lot in this lockdown was bread, and most importantly a good club sandwich.

A club sandwich, also called a clubhouse sandwich, is a sandwich of bread, sliced cooked poultry, ham or fried bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. It is often cut into quarters or halves and held together by cocktail sticks.

Till now, nothing has come close to the Chicken Club Sandwich that I ordered from Chef Bakers and they perfectly delivered as well. It was perfection to the ‘T’, the bread slices thin in the sides, perfectly browned and toasted, the individual layers beautifully separate, all the three layers of the bread equally toasted, equally browned and buttered, the slaw was perfectly tossed in mayo, the egg and chicken layer was just right, cucumber and tomatoes were perfectly sliced, it was a masterpiece in a box, I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this delicious club sandwich.

Couple of times later, when I ordered for the veg version or the chicken version even later, they somehow messed up the order and sent me a Panini or something else. So waiting for Puratasi and Dushera to get over to order a nice Chicken Club Sandwich from them again, probably I will visit the store and pack it to avoid any mishaps in the...

Honestly not interested to give any star for their bizarre service & arrogant attitude. I had ordered two tier fountain cake for birthday party. I had been charged Rs4200 for 3.5kg. It included Rs1400 for decoration. Store person explained the amount break up & note delivery address. It delivered as promised. Here worst things start happening. Toys which they prepared it broken at the time of delivery, person suggested to keep in deep freezer. Cake cutting time & delivery time difference was 1hr 30min. Cake layering was that much thick, plastic knife was unable to cut. We used steel knife. It was very difficult to cake, by looking at our action other kids parent requested not to serve this cake to their children. Our party got completely spoiled. Next day visited shop & met with store manager. He listened & request one person to collect sample. No sorry, no refund, no sorry notes. Till date no call back from them. These people are just know to make money, don't understand customer make their business. No one teach them how to handle customer & compensate them incase of bizarre service.
