BOHO Rooftop Restaurant & Bar

I have always been a huge fan of Boho located in Koramamagala. When they opened a new branch in brookefield which is pretty close to my house, I could hardly wait to pay a visit. This places is located in Brookefield mall opposite to theatre. Ambiance is quite fancy with beautiful decors. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a dedicated spacious dance floor.

I paid a visit with my friends for a dinner. I started with a mocktail named mango lovers. I could feel the taste of crushed mango and mango syrup. Tasted mild and pleasant. Orange salad with roasted beetroot is one of my favourite dishes. All the ingredients used for the salad tasted fresh. Rainbow nachos are must try here. The nachos plate looks so colourful with rainbow colours and loaded with cheese, olives, jalapeños and other veggies. Nachos are crunchy and tasted perfect with veggies.

Chicken satay and fish fingers are the must try starters here. Fish is so tender and fried to deep brown and chicken is perfectly cooked with sufficient amount of spices. Mutton kheema pizza was one more highlight of the day it tasted delicious but it couldn't have been a bit sweet. The crust is thin and loaded with cheese, and mutton kheema.

Peri peri chicken steak in another delicacy that definitely pleases you to have more. We completed our meal with desserts gulab jamun with ice cream, Apple pie and brownie with chocolate. All the three desserts tasted very average and not upto the mark. Desserts could be improved.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to Boho Restaurant on 12-07-2024.

My experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues:

Delayed Plate Clearance: After finishing my meal, I requested for my plate to be cleared. Unfortunately, it took nearly 20 minutes for this to be attended to, despite multiple waitstaff passing by and noticing my request.

Lack of Attention from Waitstaff: Throughout my visit, it was apparent that the waitstaff were not paying adequate attention to the diners. This lack of attentiveness significantly detracted from the dining experience.

Service Charge Issue: When I asked for the bill, the waiter insisted, rather impolitely, that I must pay the service charge. I understand that service charges can be customary, but the manner in which this was communicated was quite inappropriate and unprofessional.

Unserved Order: Additionally, I had ordered a soup which never arrived. I had to remind the waiter about it, which further delayed my meal and caused inconvenience.

I believe that a dining experience should be enjoyable and stress-free, but my visit to Boho Restaurant was unfortunately the opposite. I would appreciate it if you could address these concerns with your team to prevent similar experiences for future patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
