The worst Fab Hotel Property you can ever think off.
Smaller than average room (the smallest I have ever seen) (At 50% lesser price, I have seen better FabHotel Property in 20 mins proximity. Couldn’t find a room there as it was full) Locally filled RO water bottle kept in the room (no bisleri) Check out this picture - it’s the street light behind the curtains lighting the whole room up. Not all complaining about the street light as that was the only light when electricity went off twice in a evening No hand towel in the bathroom No Body Wash in the bathroom Bath Towel missing Gave a strict warning that outside food is not allowed. If you want to eat - Order by 10 pm and that’s it. No Swiggy Zomato food orders permitted Had to wait for 10 mins for someone to pick up luggage and bring it in
Adding to it further after 1st nights sleep: No hot water in the shower No light in the shower area - so it’s dull once you close the curtains The shower area drain is semi choked - it was a puddle during the shower and half the water went to the drain next to the WC The towels called for are grey to black in colour (were white) are equivalent to the Floor Mat towels which are given in hotels.
Night 2: Got the room shifted from 1st floor to 3rd floor to resolve the ”street light just outside the window issue” - the new room if full of stink of toilet/drainage smell.
It’s horrible. Don’t book it. It’s overpriced. And under delivers compared to any other hotel...
Read moreWe had to stay here unfortunately in an emergency situation. The front office person is the most impolite person have ever come across. She hardly tries to make any sense of the conversation she is having with guests. Upon questioning with regards to check in process, she came across very rude and unapologetic. First impression is the last and worst impression,!! Rooms are the worst and extremely dirty. It seems the linens and curtains have not been taken to laundry ever!!!! . The water doesn't flows to drain automatically in showers it stagnates? We had to change rooms coz even after numerous attempts by the AC technician the AC didn't work!! And about the hot water the hotel front desk usually informs about the availability or time restrictions on the availability of the same Which was conveniently not shared when we were checking in. And after we returned from our work in the night we had to wait 45 mins just to take bath I got water. This was the most unacceptable things one want in their visit in fabulous hotels who claim they have big name!!Do not try their breakfast buffet, So please please do not go by the reviews which are there on TripAdvisor. We also fell in that trap and wasted our money. Avoid this place at any time. And go for something which gives you pleasent and...
Read moreOne of the best hotels in the price range. I stayed here for around 8 days. Deluxe room was available for approx 1500 rs for two people. The rooms have standard amenities like TV, Study Table and Air Conditioner. Housekeeping is reasonable but could be a little more responsive. One arena where this hotel scores a big plus above other budget hotels in Bengaluru is that the rooms here have ample natural light as the hotel has open space both in the front and the back of the structure, I have observed hotels in the similar price range are generally sandwiched between buildings which leads to blockage of sunlight for majority of the rooms. The hotel is situated in a prime area and is close to a number of tech parks. The breakfast spread is decent and has both north and south Indian food items. The hotel itself does not have an in house restaurant but on order food is delivered from an adjacent restaurant which is again of very good quality. There are a number of food joints in the adjoining area which I explored and found them to be decent (chai resto, delhi walle to name a few). A very good stay for the price point. Would definitely recommend to anyone...
