Just Bake Marathahalli — Restaurant in Bengaluru

My sincere request to all customer not to go to Just Bake☹️ Today 16th June 2019 is my son's 1st birthday, we went to this shop and ordered customized cake of 5kgs two day prior (last Friday) and we paid full amount of the cake to make sure my order is confirmed, and the shop keeper promised me to get the cake before 11.00am on Sunday.

At 11.30am today, when I called the store they said factory guys has missed my order ☹️ imagine what had invited 100 odd people on my son's 1st birthday and had to listen to such excuse. At that time he says he will get the cake from factory, which will take about an hour, I was really upset and looking forward to reach the cake before 12.30 at least. When I called them around 12.45noon cake hasn't delivered from the factory 😓

I asked the phone number of the factory and no one bothered to pick my call. I also got the number of the factory manager named Ami who again least bothered to answer my calls.

One thing I must admit, the shop keeper boy was upset and he offered me a complementary black forest cake in 1kg, though this wasn't enough we had no other choice but to accept this cake. Here after I took three more kgs of cakes from the same store which ever was available. Finally I got discount on the three cakes I bought and remaining amount was refunded.

Overall a terrible experience from just bake, absolutely no owner ship from the company, least bothered about customer emotions, irresponsible factory manager are few things which I will never ever go to Just Bake and insist all who read this not to...

I ordered an eggless cake from this branch as my baby is allergic to egg. I asked the lady at the counter 3 times to confirm with her whether the cake is eggless or not. She responded with too much over confidence that it is eggless. Turns out it is with egg, my baby had continuous vomitings for 2 hours and suffered a lot because of this pathetic people. Why doesnt you check before you say something to the customer. Customers doesnt ask eggless just like that. You will be ready to charge extra for eggless cake at the same time you have to ensure you are giving eggless cake. Our entire day got spoiled because of this. Please be cautious while buying...

This is the first time, I got bad experience in just bake store. Lots of reasons 1st thing they didn't gave me the cake in just bake store cover simply they gave me in a light cement colour box which looks very cheap, 2nd they didn't gave me Cary bag. When I asked about these things they took lightly. How one can take with out Cary bag.

Last they gave me old stock cake, the cake taste was very bad though it's a rasmalai cake. But the taste was like rum flavour can't explain also. Very much disappointed, before giving franchise just bake should need to train properly to the staff. this is the last time I buy from this store...
