I travel a lot and stay in around at least 10-15 hotels a year. This was one of THE WORST hotels I have ever stayed at. ||||The bed sheets and the blankets had smudges, there was no water on the first day and no hot water on the second! The staff is useless. ||||If you call the reception nobody picks up! Was calling them constantly for about 15 minutes till someone finally picked up the phone. When I asked why it took so much time, the answer was that the phone never rang and therefore you didn't call. The receptionist was arrogant as hell. He kept implying that I was lying and that it's not his job to answer my call. When I told him this is the fourth time I'm calling him non stop, then he said that there was some customer standing there so he couldn't attend my call. Which again doesn't make any sense at all. ||||The MOST DISAPPOINTING aspect of the hotel was its breakfast. The dining area is filthy, the breakfast is so bad, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. On the first day, they served some kind of khichdi in breakfast, and on the second they served horrible sambar idli. ||||This is one of the worst hotel stays I have had in my life - and I stay in a lot of hotels. Read moreI booked a room at this hotel from 18.04.2024 to 24.04.2024. The booking was paid for in full. I booked an extra day to ensure early check-in. They called me on the morning of 19.04.2024 twice while I was on my bus. My phone was on mute and I was asleep. They marked me as no-show and refused to check me in despite my having paid in full. I asked them if they don't even wait for 24 hours before marking someone as no-show and they said their policy is to wait until 6 AM. When I mentioned that this was not mentioned anywhere in the booking, they said it is my problem to find out about the policy since I booked the hotel. I do not see any no-show policy and time limits mentioned anywhere on Treebo. They told me to contact Treebo customer care but their IVR kept dropping the call. The hotel personnel again said that was my problem to deal with and I had no choice but to leave and find a different hotel after wasting 45 minutes trying to reach their customer care. Read moreWe had stayed as a family and we choose this place not for comfort but for convenience of the location. The rooms were clumsy and were given to us in an unclean state. Even the coffee sachet used by the earlier occupants was not removed from the room, as well as the pillow covers nor the bedsheets changed. There were reminiscences of hair and dirt on the sheets and we stood our ground that unless its changed we will not check-in. There are many people working, but housekeeping is done only by one person which makes it a really slow process. The reception guy was helpful but everything else in the room space was either not working nor usable. Otherwise the room was okay, you get hot water and the AC was fine. The location is very close to the bus stand for people who opt to go to KR Puram railway station which is just 20 mins away by bus. By location wise it's absolutely convenient but the hotel has a lot to improve on...
