The dosa served was undercooked, and despite informing the staff, there seemed to be little concern or effort to address the matter. Additionally, I noticed that hygiene standards were not being maintained to an acceptable level.

Over the past six months, there has been a significant increase in prices—ranging from 40% to 50%. However, there has been no noticeable improvement in the quality of food or service to justify this hike.

Additionally, when I attempted to raise this concern with the cashier, he claimed he could not understand Kannada and asked me to speak in Hindi. Interestingly, the same person communicates in Kannada while handling billing and payments. This inconsistency is disappointing and raises concerns about customer service standards.

Overall, the experience has been unsatisfactory. It appears that customer value is not a priority, and the pricing strategy feels exploitative. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving both service quality and...

Pooja Dosa Camp! What a gem in Banaswadi.. Beautiful Dosas and Idlys, I am impressed with this place! This is the place I want to go back in that area. Sambar is the king here.

Starting with Pudi Masala Dosa, dosa was thin, like our houses with the addition of urad dal in the batter. This thin dosa is sprinkled with peanut pudi, a spicy potato masala and served with two kinds of chutneys and Sambar. This sambar is flavourful and fantastic, it's one of the best sambars I can tell you, the spices are perfectly balanced with a curry leaf tempering.

Onion Uthappam is again roasted according to how we say, onions are beautifully caramelized on the thick dosa. Roasted perfectly, coconut and tomato chutney is a perfect combination

The food taste is good here. But I had a chance to visit the their new branch is Kasturinagar today. I was waiting their for more than 20 minuets for parcel. They took money from me by saying 5 minutes waiting period. The reason for waiting was they ran out of leaf. Even after the leaf came they made me to wait.. they were serving ppl who came after me and giving parcels ... I gave my paid receipt to the lady sitting in the counter without taking my money back and came out. I never visit this place again in my life and I will not refer or support any one to visit this place because of poor customer service. Food will be taste if you serve at the right time... very bad and misbehaviour approach’s I see in employees over there... wish all the success...
