These guys are scamsters. First of all, their customer service number is designed in such a way to only accept calls for new orders and reject calls asking for status of the orders. If you call them and press 1 (new orders), it will immediately connect to their employee and if you press 2 (status of order), you will get an automated message saying all the executives are busy and directly disconnect the call.
Now coming to the crux of the matter, we are a bunch of students from IIM Bangalore and had placed an order quantity of 35 jackets. The promised lead time was 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks already and their customer service executive (Laxman) have been postponing the delivery saying they dont have the competence to deliver the promised work on the jackets, and if we go with the initial specifications of the order, it will take another indefinite amount of time to deliver. Moreover, he is trying to push an inferior quality product on us if we want the delivery asap.
