I had come to Caramel hotels with my family for a one night stay while on the way of traveling to Hyderabad. The accessibility of the location is great with a good amount of eateries and commodity shops nearby. However the quality of the hotel rooms was not much upto the mark with toren wallpapers, blankets with stains and uncomfortable smell both in the room and the restroom. Not only that, the kettle provided had a stinky smell from inside and it couldn't be used and along with that the pillow covers which were given were not much clean. We also had opted for extra beds and those were not so comfortable to sleep. During the stay in the hotel there wasn't a good environment to work for a while, due to the noise which were coming from the construction work going on in the hotel and the reception had to be called thrice for its stoppage.

Great time staying at caramel hotel Cons: 5th floor rooms have some issues like constant disturbance by birds and pigeons, bathroom is not clean and hygienic, there is also no slab over the roof...it's just like a tin shed, and pigeons being over its top, they constantly make noises. Also little worms pop up here and there in the bathroom sometimes. There are no ceiling fans in any rooms but they provide standing fans if asked for. There is no in-house restaurant.

Pros: Great location. Many restaurants are nearby. Easily accessible. Great reception and service. Polite staff. Affordable price...
