Pricey to begin with. Facilities average.

Pros: Well located. Clean. Very good food buffets breakfast was amazing.

Cons: Water dispenser wasn't functioning and the staff demanded money for water that was sent as replacement. Eventually it wasn't charged, but needed a few words to be exchanged. Doesn't have liquid soap in bathrooms. Televisions are decades old and not good for staying back and watching a movie. The staff need to be trained and taught polished conversations. The guy who gets tea in the morning insisted to bring the tea only at 7:30 am. Wasn't accomodative to serve it at 8 am. Staff Ring a loud bell even when everyone is still asleep at 7am. By the way the tea served in the morning was watered down, served lukewarm and the room service staff demanded the money to be paid on spot, even when we were barely awake at 7 in...

Stayed from 30th May to 2nd June 2024.|They gave us a good offer price wise.|Top management is very pleasing. Only one restaurant staff is extraordinary. Can't get his name, but he was very hospitable. |The reservation couldn't keep our needs/requirements ready. We had requested for a kitchen and a hot plate.|The apartment provided to us did not have the kitchen. We were shifted immidiately. The hotplate came the next day.
