A great place to have ice creams, ice creams and ice creams.. You also have options for snacks and other things but it's ISP is ice creams.. The renovated polar bear is much better than what it used to be... Only thing I still hate - The Staff.. So not skilled, so not how it used to be.. Some are really polite and good but most are really slow, less mannered, etc.. They need training in talking to customers specially in regards to the online payment.. They literally will keep asking for confirmation message.. Rather it would had been better if they checked their own phone for successful transaction related to amount.. It's dumb how they ask you for your phone sometimes in their hand to see...

I visited your outlet recently and ordered a Classic Hot Chocolate. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with what I received. The cup was filled mostly with froth, and the actual hot chocolate was not even half the cup.

When customers pay for a product, we expect to receive proper value for our money. Serving less than half a cup of the actual drink feels unfair and leaves a very negative impression of the brand.

I request you to please look into this issue seriously and ensure customers get the full quantity and quality that Polar Bear...
