Me and my friend went to the shop a 2 months ago and had purchased Hero Howler for approx 12k, but we r literally disappointed with the quality of the cycle as it has been faced with many problems with cycle spare parts and today morning the cycles handle came to hand for just 2 months old one. Is this the quality of today's cycle or some game played by the shopkeepers to betray customers....? Its hard earned money sir please don't play with anyone in future and if it has a defect plz try to replace it as promised by you while purchasing, "Sir eene idru banni madkodona don't worry madkobedi..." I hope the owner relies on his statement and helps...

I brought a lady cycle with front wheel lock nut missing and I have to say this , have seen many seller but this seller Mr Rahul shah is very honest and kind hearted and he accepted my request and immediately sent me the missing spare parts , god bless , I appreciate the gesture from seller ,kudos to his ethics and values and I salute his honesty , other seller would have ignored me or convinced me to just lock with with normal nuts , the lock nut is very important and give safety measure and prevent from wheel from cart wheeling as it gets...

Purchased a bicycle from here, trusting the legacy they have in selling bicycles. The staff and the owner were cooperative in helping me to decide the right bicycle. But my only advice before choosing the cycle is ask for the price including GST, otherwise u will be surprised at the time of making the payment like me.
