Extremely Disappointed with the Terrible Service at Springs and Spa Hotel Banglore.
I recently had the misfortune of staying at Springs and Spa Hotel on 17th may at the time around 2:30 am and I must say that it was the worst hotel experience of my life. From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were greeted with sheer incompetence and disrespect by the receptionist. The level of service we received was not only shocking but also completely unacceptable.
Despite showing valid documents to the receptionist, we were bombarded with unnecessary questions and skepticism. It felt as if our integrity was being questioned at every turn. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers. The receptionist's misbehavior left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff displayed a complete lack of hospitality throughout our stay. The indifference and apathy shown towards us and our children were appalling. Our children, who were excited about the trip, ended up having a truly terrible experience due to the hotel's abysmal service.
The amenities and services advertised by Springs and Spa Hotel were far from reality. The springs were poorly maintained, with dirty water and broken equipment. The spa facilities were subpar, lacking the promised luxury and relaxation. It was evident that the hotel management had neglected the upkeep of their supposed "premium" features.
Furthermore, our complaints about the state of the facilities fell on deaf ears. The staff seemed disinterested in rectifying the issues and showed no desire to ensure guest satisfaction. It was evident that customer service was not a priority for them.
I strongly advise against staying at Springs and Spa Hotel. It is clear that the staff lacks the basic understanding of hospitality and fails to deliver on their promises. Their receptionist's unprofessional behavior and the overall poor service ruined our entire experience. I wouldn't wish this terrible treatment on anyone, especially families with children.
In conclusion, Springs and Spa Hotel falls far below the standards expected of a reputable establishment. They failed to deliver on their advertised amenities, showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, and subjected us to disrespectful treatment. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by avoiding this hotel...
Read moreWe stayed there for 5 days. Our plan was for Rs. 4000 + taxes (Including both breakfast and dinner). When we were paying for the plan at the front desk, we were told that we can order anything from the menu and it will be covered in the dinner plan. However the first night we went for dinner on the 5th floor terrace we were told that our plan (called MAP something) includes one starer and one main course item (either of which can be non-veg) with veg soup, salad, rice/chapati and dessert. Although we were communicate something else, we though we aren't going to eat more than this anyways. So we let it go. On the third night we were told that MAP clients have their dinner in the first floor (where some ICICI programme was going on). The buffet dinner spread there was nowhere close to what we were ordering for the last two days. We refused to take dinner there. The hotel staff grudgingly served us. On fourth day, they again insisted that we take our dinner with ICICI guys which we refused and they served us. Only now, the time they took to bring each dish was more than 15-20 minutes. One can imagine the amount of time we wasted for our dinner. Finally the rice we ordered took so long to arrive that we left our dinner tables. The last night, the same ritual followed. only this time they brought us stale vegetables (for the mixed veg we ordered). I took one bite and i knew it was stale. my colleagues smelled it and it smelt stale. They threw in some cucumber and onions pieces to pass off as salad (as opposed to a full platter they offered on previous days). Nobody bothered to serve water. We kept asking the waiter to get the restaurant manager to our table so we could talk. He never arrived. He knew what he was doing was blatantly illegal and even refused to come talk to us. Anyways, this was the harrowing experience we went through there. And I hold the restaurant manager completely responsible for it. Avoid this hotel if you can. At the same price you'll get much better options...

But when a booking is made if you are so busy you should have asked me to pay at the time of booking which your staff didnt asked me . I made my booking atleast two week earlier and again called on the date of travel.the confirmation from your side was missing.And age of my child is 12 did your staff checked id card how you assumed the age of a child even without checking the id. Then noboy will travel in bus or flight without booking seats. If the bus or in flight staff is too arogent or bus is full busy we will book another bus. I am coming from another state to your hotel you should have told me at the time of booking that your hotel is busy and your hotel policy is to increase charge daily, i dont know that is your problem and policy. As a customer what was my mistake you tell. booking your hotel i think. If at the time of booking you can tell the price if i dont feel good i take another hotel at that time itself. Not when arrive at your hotel you start exlplaing about your policy and a sudden increse of 500 - 800 rs.
