Flagship Puttana Chetty Townhall — Hotel in Bengaluru

Recently booked this hotel via Oyorooms and had the worst experience. To start off with the booking, I initially booked it via booking.com. However when I used the contact number to call the hotel, it directed me to oyo rooms customer care. The representative told me that he can give me at a very best price. The price was amazingly good. However, when we checked into the hotel room, it was worse than a cheap lodge. There were cigarette beds all over in the bathroom, the bathroom walls had all dirt and stains, the toilet seat was dirty. The A/C wasn't working and there were lots of mosquitoes. The window was half broke and was dirty all around. There was never a mention from the customer rep that he was giving at a best price with a massive compromise on the basic comfort and hygiene. Had we known that, we wouldn't have gone ahead. Worst experience overall, and I would never ever recommend this lodge especially...

It's in the middle of the Chickpet kapada bazaar or cloth market. Oldest part of the town, so do not expect swanky and plush neighbourhood. Pluses: if you are in the market for garment purchase, 5000 traders are in the vicinity. You don't have to spend on commuting. Minuses: rather than minuses, I would suggest you to stay elsewhere in a plush hotel if you want more than just basic lodging. Its not a good hotel i booked this hotel for two days looking on the pics but those pictures on the oyo app is fake rooms are very small,it is located near SP road,very hard to locate this hotel,due to so much crowd in the area one can never find uber,ola to directly reach there,you have to go on foot,also it is located in the heart of market place so too much crowd is there and no proper restaurants nearby to eat.

I will suggest dont book this hotel if you are new...
