Do you want to get cheated? Then this is the place for you. They don't reveal price until u make payment. If we say show the bill they ask for payment first. After making payment wat else is left. I made a mistake of taking my family to buy toys for my kid birthday, and I will tell you. I will remember this incident for ever in my life.

They cheat you infront of your own eyes even though you know they are getting cheated you can't do anything. You are just one more customer to them.

Now coming to how do they cheat, I took some toys after going inside the store without knowing the price? You might ask me how u took without knowing the price? Simply that's there technique. No products has price on it, if u ask the sales guy who will be assisting you, he says u will get to know at billing counter. But at billing counter you are not told price, they just scribble some random price on the hand written bill and put GST and then ask u the payment and finally they give u the bill after payment. Now off purse you don't understand the bill, and if u ask for breakdown and explanations owner pretends to be busy and just ask some guy to explain outside.

If you say you don't want some of the toys after billing he will then take out the toys and ask us to wait for refund while owners continues to cheat other customer infront of us. Waiting period depends on how much refund, if small amount u will get in 10mims, if big 30mins also they don't care.

Nobody who has walked out of the shop have come out with happy face nor really satisfied.

They are very abusive and use very bad language post payment for any queries you have and never respond to you any more.

While I was standing there for my refund I saw a grand pa whom came to buy toys for his grand kids, he took some cell operated cars and they didn't give cells to it, so he asked for it,they charged him for cells and gave him cells, he said then how do we check without cells in the car? They gave some hard answers for which that grandfather walked away just grabbing the cover throwing the cells.

Don't they even know each people curse will finally fall on their kids and family. Just for making money you hurt people and send them out of shop feeling cheated.

And frankly speaking this shop is run by our muslim brothers, I have nothing against them, but do they even fear Allah for wat they are doing? The entire staff knows it's not right thing wat they are doing but still continue to do to become rich.

Please watch out guys, use your brains and hard earned money somewhere else instead of encouraging such arrogant and rude people.

Offcourse the beggar will know each and every customer whom you have cheated bcoz you have taken money by cheating so it's obvious that you will remember each and every customer you have cheated. And thanks for accepting that you know me, so that people know its geniune customer review and not fake one. Its better to beg than earn this way mr...

Let me start from reaching this place, it is located on the busy narrow lanes of Kumbarpet Bengaluru, you cannot drive to this place, there is absolutely no place for parking (not only this shop but any shop in Kumbarpet is like that), you will have to park your vehicle at a common parking area Somewhere far off and walk to this place. But parking in and around Kumbarpet/Chickpete is a great achievement in itself. This shop is completely filled with toys extremely narrow space for moving around, don't know how govt has allowed such a thing to exist (if a fire mishap takes place then everyone there will be burnt alive, no chance of escape), there is absolutely no ventilation, you cannot really chose/pick toys because of the narrow space and zero ventilation you cannot stand and then you will be surrounded by the extremely busy shop attenders asking you to quickly tell them what you want. In a hurry you end choosing what you don't want 😉. The owner clearly displays a board that the items are CHINA made and no Guarantee after purchase, after you go home open the packing and find that the toy is not working or some part is broken then throw it because you can't check at the shop or you cannot exchange or replace. You will get a GST bill charged at 9% CGST + 9% SGST the best part is rounding off the bill, they don't charge you the actual bill value at checkout they round off the value and give you 1 item of their choice by telling you that it is a complimentary item but when you look at the bill you will realise that they charged you for that item as well. When I saw this and asked the shopkeeper, he said he added that item and gave at half price to round off the bill amount but it did not make sense to me I paid by card and there is no question of rounding it off. You will find toys for cheap but quality is also cheap and you know that you cannot check the toy and you cannot exchange or replace so this is one big minus, may be it will work out for wholesale dealers but may not be good for retail customer. A good place to buy electric cars or bikes but with a worst customer service and 0% humanity.

We took a bike worth 5500 and paid 6000 as we asked for a box piece so that it'll be easy for us to carry back home and assemble it.. my husband fixed everything but still the bike would not start. We called the shop the next day itself to ask what else did we miss from the manual.he told to video call around 11 and my hubby had to work from home that day for this matter.

At 11 am, the guy from shop started checking through video call and said one wire has come out you need to put it back.. He didn't tell us clearly and also as he asked us to remove the front dome part,so I asked my hubby to take it to the shop only as we might break it. We went by car and as we cant take car inside the area we had to park near the flyover itself. We gave a call to the shop guy and asked him if he can send someone to come and check it here only as the bike is very heavy to carry. He said "there are no boys in shop, u need to get it to the shop only". I started asking auto guys for the drop, and they asked 200. So my hubby carried it all along on his shoulders to the shop by hurting his arm. They fixed it. And when again I asked him to send someone to carry it as it is very heavy and my hubby alone cannot carry it again..his reply was again the same saying " there are no boys in the shop" where I can see 5-6 his shop boys standing in front of me.. I wanted to shout back but my hubby told "dont beg them for help..its ok I'll only carry it back".. after going home I saw how badly he was hurt.

Best to buy only small rated items here.. As the big boxed items have no guarantee and u need to travel again back if it's a wrong piece. It would have been better if they check there in shore only before...
