Worst service at cash counter-Coffee thindi hotel, HRBR layout

Today 17th July'24 at around 6:05pm, i was in queue to buy holige at coffee thindi hotel. the guy at cash counter(Wearing black and grey checks shirt, short and stout physique and ill tempered mumbling) was not responding to what i asked, even after 3 times. apparently one of the customers ordered coffee and paid in cash, since his google pay wasn't working. the customer using the token had tea and was waiting at the entrance. suddenly the guy at cash counter started scolding the customer "nim amman" and some other profanity behind his back and went to talk to him. this is unacceptable and very unruly behaviour from the cash counter guy.

he doesn't know how to treat customers and resolve any minor disputes due to change issues. how will customers come back to this hotel, if hotel staff are rude and scold them behind their back. i would like the owner to read this and train their staff properly on how to behave with customers.

The people in the cooking section seems good, but this guy at counter neither has manners nor culture. if the owner continues to employ a person such as this, the business will...
