Bikanervala | Preet Vihar Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

I am writing this for the food order of Bedmi-Poori on 10/11/2022 at Preet Vihar branch bearing invoice no. M CS021920-0595084. The colour, taste and texture of Subzi was pathetic. Not up-to the mark of your restaurants. It was literally sambhar mixed with leftover aloo. It really shocked all of us to see the "Standards" provided there. Taste was awful. We specially came seeing the brand name of yours. Highly disappointing.

We called for manager, Mr. Irshad Ahmed, asked him to taste. He came back in 5 minute. It's was unfair to serve the order in first place if the restaurant was not ready for it. The manager agrees that food served was not up-to mark.

It spoiled the whole mood to see restaurants with this brand name ke yours serving sub standard food. I have shared this with thier head office too...

Last Visit: Evening time on a week day Ambience nice. Staff polite. Food yummy. I ordered my favorite snack, Dhokla. That was good with green chillies. I found washroom to be clean.

Recent Visit: Dinner time on a week day Ambience nice with soothing songs in the background. Meal served by very polite waiting staff. Table was clean. Ordered Dal Vada and Masala Dosa. Dal Vada was soft and yummy. Masala Dosa was served in a big triangle shape. Inner masal was okay. Sambhar that came with Masala Dosa was indeed yummy. We asked for more and we were served hot sambhar again. Coconut chutney was okay okay. Tomato chutney was delicious. Used washroom, it was clean and tidy.

Pav Bhaji was a home delivery order. Pav bhaji price INR 160. Super mini buns. Bhaji...

This is the 1st Bikanerwala outlet which is worst in each and every aspect. I ordered dhokla and ghewar and unfortunately both the items were not fresh and came out to be worst. Dhokla was not at all soft and tasteless. Ghewar was not fresh as well. I was able to feel the sugar crystals in the base of ghewar. Now let's talk about ambience and cleanliness of sitting area. It was full of smoke of bhaturas and pooris and the eyes were irritating because of smoke coming in the sitting area. Regarding cleanliness, there were flies and mosquitoes in the cleaning area. Not sure how these guys are taking care of this outlet and whether Bikanerwala has discontinued the franchise...
