I went to Chatter House, Epicuria with my group of friends. It's such a lush place with fancy lightings and decor. They have outside seatings as well which are perfect of breezy dinner time or warm winter afternoon. I really loved the ambiance. Not to forget the welcoming staff who provided us the perfect seats. The service was commendable and we got served with super yummy food within no time. I tried the following items:
Burnt Galric soup - I am usually not a soup person if I go to restaurants. But this was recommended by the staff only. And I'm glad I stood by the recommendation for it was creamy and delicious both. Butter chicken spring rolls - This was another unique dish that they served and perhaps butter chicken is an all time favorite dish no matter in what form it is served. It tasted extremely delectable. Peri peri chicken with house salad - This was another experiment by the chef with peri peri marinade on the chciken tikkas. Thumbs up to this one as well. Rajma ki Galoti - As expected, the galoutis were so soft and they just dissolved inside my mouth. Penne mixed sauce pasta with chicken- Not every outlet can make a perfect mixed sauce pasta but this one is doing wonders with each and every item and so did they justify this mixed sauce past with a perfect blend of both white and red sauces. Added to it were gooey chicken pieces and crunchy garlic bread on the sides.
For the desserts I had gulab jamun cheesecake. I had this variety of cheesecake for the first time and everyone on table was in awe with this dessert item and couldn't stop complimenting the chef for making such a heart throbbing dessert. Other one was gooey chocolate cake which was actually so gooey. It was so easy to run a spoon on the cake and put the spongy cake bite inside our mouth.
I would really recommend this place to everyone! Staff, service, food quality anything and...
Read moreThe Chatter House. A perfect place to take your loved one out on a date and have a chat of your lifetime. A bit calm place with soothing ambience and a very decent English decor. This place will very well remind you of some ancient British times. Located in the lower level of epicuria food court, just opposite of beer cafe and dunkin' Donuts. We went there to have the set lunch menu which consists of soup, appetizers, mains and dessert. But to our surprise, they also served 2+2 on drinks, and we couldn't resist it. We had L.I.I.Ts and Margherita. And with the ambience complimenting the cocktails, we had a gala time. Talking about the food, we had almost everything. We tried two types of soups, tomato and garlic and both of them were so good, that you can't even imagine. We are really in love with this place. Coming to the appetisers, we had butter chicken spring rolls and peri peri chicken. From presentation to the taste and hygiene level, everything was inch perfect. In mains, we had butter chicken which was served with butter nan and salad, which was extravagant. The best butter chicken we ever had in a restaurant like this. We even had chicken penne pasta tossed in mix sauce which was full of chicken. Seeing the pasta bowl, we thought it was less in quantity but as we started having it, we were overloaded with good food. And by this time, we had our tummies filled with good food. But, you know a good meal always ends up with a delightful dessert, so we had chocolate gooey cake and gulab jamun cheese cake. A new concept and wonderful in taste. We are really grateful to the team if chatter House who amazed us with their amazing hospitality and splendid service. Guys, do visit this outlet of the Chatter House and you will never regret. Read moreChatter house is a beautiful restaurant and bar located on the ground level of epicurea, i was looking forward to visiting it since a long time and finally when i did, i was very satisfied. Good cocktail offers were running so we got to try a variety of them. Started with limoncello from their summer fling menu and found it very dilute, sent it back and gotnit corrected. Salty chihuahua was a good try though, not many flavours but distinctly strong. Godfather was usual and strong. They made us try bubblegum shots which are yet to be launched and I really admired this fusion. Tried three kinds of LIIT; classic, electric and coffee. The coffee one was superb, real spiked yet flavoursome to have. Classic and blue Curacao based electric one were also spiked well and were a decent try. In food, i started with rajma chawal arancini and believe me, it tasted fabulous. Although quantity served was less but it was delicious and topped with sauces. Also tried their herb all veg pizza and it turned out to be average, not must cheesiness and flavor. In mains i ordered spinach and mushroom galouti but instead they served rajma galouti with dal makhnani and choice of breads. Luckily the rajma Galouti tasted good, had good mushy consistency and was a bit spicy. It was a steal deal as two breads were served - garlic naan and lacha paratha as per our choice with relatively less quantity dal makhani. The place has a very wooden architecture with chandeliers. There is open air seating as well. Couch as well as long chair seating is present. The bar counter is small yet beautiful and lit. Pricing is medium expensive, in line with similar fine dine brands. Service is really good and we were attended as well as...
