New Prince Bhaji Pav — Restaurant in Gujarat

The hospitality and experience at this restaurant were extremely disappointing. The staff is not adequately trained in providing proper hospitality, despite the restaurant charging for their services. They should take a lesson from their competitors. The staff was rude and they did not maintain a suggestion or complaint book. The quality of the food is also a concern, especially considering the unprofessional behavior of the staff, raising doubts about their kitchen practices.

I've been in Ahmedabad for the past two years and had previously held a very positive opinion of this place. However, today's visit was a stark contrast, as we were treated as if we were not valued customers, but rather random beggars. Think twice before choosing...

मैंने इनकी पावभाजी का नाम सुनकर पहले पावभाजी से ऑर्डर देने की शुरुआत की, हालाकि भाजी अच्छी होती है पर उसमें झरा भी ग्रेवी नहीं होती, और अगर आप ग्रेवी वाली खाना चाहते उसको ऑर्डर देते वक़्त कॉल करना पडेगा पर फिर भी वो ग्रेवी केवल पानी डालकर बनाते है उसमें जरा भी ऑइल नहीं होता तो इससे भाजी फीकी और बेस्वाद हो जाती हैं। और पांव की क्वालिटी चीप होती हैं और पांव भी इतने छोटे के आपने इतने छोटे पांव कहीं देखे नहीं होंगे। और कोई फूड तो मैंने ट्राय नहीं किया क्योंकि जिसकी जो चीज़ फेमस होती हैं वही मैं ट्राय कर्ता हूं, हालाकि दो तीन बार ढोसा और 4 बार इडली सांभर ट्राय किए, क्योंकि उन्होंने "उदय भाई का ढोसा" करके ढोसा बनाना स्टार्ट किया है पर ढोसा की पैकिंग कैसे होती वो बिल्कुल नहीं आती, एक सस्ते ठेले वाले की तरह पोलीथीन की बैग में सिल्वरफोईल में ढोसा पैक करते हैं और प्लास्टिक बैग में सांभर जो हेल्थ के लिए बहोत harmful है, क्योंकि सांभर गर्म होता है और आप जानते ही हैं कि प्लास्टिक में गर्म चीजे डालने केमिकल प्रोसेस शुरू होता जाती है और डिलीवर के 20 मिनट तक सांभर उसमें गर्म पड़ा रहता तो सोचिए कितना harmful है, न ही फूड ग्रेड वाली प्लास्टिक डिश यूज करते न ही ढोसा बॉक्स, और कुकिंग instructions तो पढ़ते ही नहीं, और आप फोन करके की भी कुछ suggest करते है की ढोसा काग़ज़ के पेपर मे रोल करके अलग से पैक करे (क्योंकि यहां आते-आते ढ़ोसा, उत्तापम सब रबर बन जाता है) तो कहते है कि पेपर होगा तो देखूँगा, responnd ऐसे करते जैसे मुफ्त मे सेवा कर रहे हो इतना बडा रेस्टोरेंट खोलकर बैठे हैं, तो क्या पेपर या बटर पेपर तो रखना चाहिए न. और फूड डिलीवर करके ऑनलाइन बिजनेस करना चाहते हैं तो पैकिंग प्रोडक्ट (जैसे ढ़ोसा बॉक्स, फूड ग्रेड वाली प्लास्टिक डिश etc) पर थोड़ा खर्चा करना पडता है, (और कल मैंने इडली ऑर्डर की थी वो इडली बासी थी कि उसमे से गंदी बदबू आ रही थी) आप ऐसे कस्टमर की हेल्थ और पैसों के साथ खिलवाड़ नहीं कर सकते । मैं यह review तब हटाऊंगा जब आप food grade वाले डिब्बों में सांभर देना शुरू करोगे, भले 5₹ पैकिंग के ज्यादा...

This is new Prince pavbhaji corner just opposite to gwalior sweets , at mansi Cross road, this is indoor covered restaurant small place only ten table chair for sitting here, wherever in Ahmedabad we seen pavbhaji corner always it's the restaurant full of crowd because it's famous food of Gujarati's. But as I seen no crowd here, food is o.k nothing Special about quality and taste, also service very slow, in this area another food counter also near by so this person has to improve it more.
