worst service we ever had, with below average food. It's manager has a very bad attitude. there was only one person in the restaurant when we walked in yesterday - the manager. When we asked for suggestions for Jain food or fast service food as we needed to complete our dinner before sunset, he denied saying "usmein mein kya bol sakta hu? it's completely up to the customer" Upon asking 3 - 4 questions about restaurant's menu, he stopped replying and continued to use his mobile on his seat and when we repeated the last question, without answering, he just moved out. Not appeared a single time till we finished our dinner. there was only one service person who comes, serves dish and then went inside kitchen. In the whole cafe we both were eating alone. water was also served upon asking after 15 mins. that to paid bottle only saying our "Aquagaurd water is bad quality so if you want to have water, purchase and drink (500 ml 15rs 1000 ml 30rs)
food was really below average. paav bhaji fondue has no other taste then just a bhaji and some crumbs of paav, just served in fondue platter, having 3 sides paav small pieces and one side chopped tomato. (isse to achchi paav bhaji road side wala deta hai, bs wo fondue plate mein nahi deta :D) farm house pizza was okayish. the served hot chocolate with brownie and vanilla ice cream in a small ice cream bowl.... wherein there was no hot chocolate... haa haaa haa... lasagna took almost 35 mins to cook. had the manager told us a preparation time, we had not ordered. worst management . and the hygiene... all chairs and sofa were too much dirty manager said the reason 'there was party in the morning.' so if they get 4 - 5 hours, can't the clean tables and stains on chair and floor? one should actually visit the space before keeping...
Read moreIf I could, I would give 0 stars to this place. We ordered Cottage Cheese Gyoza, Avocado Cucumber Sushi, and Korean Bowl. The Gyoza wasn't steamed, it was RAW. The sushi never had any avocado in it. Lastly, the kimchi Korean Bowl didn't have kimchi in it. You can see the menu for yourself. The rice was not sticky, in both sushi and the bowl. The sauce in the bowl wasn't consistent and bland. The bowl had a handful of veggies, which by the way weren't cooked at all.
In Ahmedabad, where we have restaurants like Lollo Rosso, Shaka Cafe, and Sante Spa, I don't know how they dare to serve this food and expect to run a restaurant.
We are highly disappointed with the food, and the service too. My wife and I are big fans of Korean food and dine regularly at the above mentioned places. When we complained about the bowl, they pretended to talk to someone and just kept mum about it. Served us the bill. Tata. Bye bye. We too did not want to confront them as it was useless given their attitude, hence, we left.
I usually don't write negative reviews as I may be wrong and the restaurant may get a bad review. But here, I am sure that this PAN Asian restaurant isn't serving Asian food.
Don't dine here if you want authentic asian food. Period.
Update at 8 PM. I have already vomitted all the food. My wife and I have got sick from...
Read moreI came across this place on Instagram. It seemed interesting, and the menu was totally new. So, we decided to give it a shot.
The place- Located near Mansi circle, it can be slightly difficult to find since it is at the rear end of the complex.
The ambience- The interiors are good, with Far East theme predominant. The place itself is small and cozy. They provide forks and chopsticks.
Service- You can order food by scanning the QR code. Do read every item's description before ordering, if you are unfamiliar with the dishes.
Food- Menu is completely vegetarian, and yet the variety is immense. I liked how they adapted the cuisine to veg. We ordered Miso and Mushroom soup, Chilly Soba noodles, Wok (which was custom made) and dimsums.
Soup was excellent and we definitely coming back for it. The noodles were good, not very different from what we get at other places, but the flavours were wonderful. Wok was the best of the lot. They offer one base (I went with Udon noodles), five toppings and one sauce (Sweet and sour sauce for me). It was so full of flavours that it took me a few bites to get them all. For dessert, we ordered Chocolate Bao. Something different, but good.
Only item i didn't like were the dimsums. Too bland.
Overall- Must visit if you are ready to move beyond the conventional fare we get at...
