Shop is in a prime location and one of the oldest outlets. But the manager and staffs are quite unprofessional. We have ordered 33 Boxes of sweet and snacks. He promised the same day delivery with hot and fresh materials. Accordingly we have informed the people about the party. When we arrived, he asked ,after talking to his workers , whether Kachoris can be replaced with Samosa, which was highly unacceptable to us. Finally we had to cancel the party and shift it to next day as it was getting late.
