The restaurant offers a pleasant and inviting ambiance, making it an excellent choice for families who prefer a more private and comfortable dining experience. The setting allows for a relaxed meal, which is ideal for those looking to enjoy a quiet evening out.
We ordered the Mutton Rosh, which was flavorful and well-cooked. However, the portion size left much to be desired—what was served was simply not enough for two people, especially given the high price point. This was a bit disappointing as we expected more generous portions for the cost.
The Kabuli Pulao, a dish we were particularly looking forward to, unfortunately fell short of expectations. The rice and meat were not fully cooked, and the dish lacked the richness in taste that typically characterizes Kabuli Pulao. It felt more like a basic serving of boiled rice with some meat pieces rather than a well-prepared specialty.
On a brighter note, the desserts were a highlight of our meal. The Umm Ali was exceptional, with a rich and flavorful profile that made for a delightful end to the meal. The Badam Ki Kheer, while decent, did not quite live up to the same standard but was still enjoyable.
Parking is a challenge, as the restaurant does not have a dedicated parking area. The limited roadside parking can only accommodate 2-3 cars, which may be inconvenient.
Overall, the restaurant is a good choice for Kabuli cuisine but could benefit from improvements in pricing, portion sizes, and consistency in...

Kabul Darbar:
The ambience of this restaurant is unique and very interesting. I have been here few times now and the Experience has been great.
This restaurant offers authentic taste of Afghani dishes such as kabuli pulao , Afghani chicken, mandi. The Afghani chicken offered here is unique in it's own way. I guess this is the only restaurant in Hyderabad which offers Afghani chicken in a creamy white gravy. The curry is sweet and awesome in the taste. I have also tried Afghani pulao in both chicken and mutton. They were the best pulao I had, the flavours and the meat will make you drool.
Coming to mandi, they offer pulao rice as mandi with some grilled chicken. The rice is not mandi rice as it is not cooked in the broth of meat.
Note: This is a Afghani cuisine, so all the dishes offered will be mostly sweet. This is because that is how they are supposed to be made. Overall : Ambience - 5 Food - 4.5 (mandi is not recommended) Service - 5
