Celejor Cake Shop Santacruz — Local services in Mumbai

Really worst and awful experience! I order a cake (vanilla nougat) from a food delivery app after which shop handler from the shop called me and said cake was out off stock and wanted to send the other cake which I did not prefer. After which they were not in favour of sending other flavour as they wanted to charge extra off the app. Also the way of asking extra amount for the glitch that happened from their end was extremely disrespectful. The person handling the order had no respect and mentioned "AAP KYA 50 RUPEES BHI ZYADA NAHI DE SAKTE?" which really triggered my sentiments. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from your delivery team today. The delivery boy was impolite and impatient over the phone, and when asked to wait for 5 minutes for payment, he left without informing me or handing over the cake.

Furthermore, despite clear instructions to bring a card machine, this was not done, causing additional inconvenience.

This delay and inconvenience not only disrupted my celebration but also upset my clients. As a regular customer, I expect a higher level of service and professionalism from Celejor.

I will reconsider before ordering from celejor...

Do yourself a favour and order from someplace else…

Giving 1 star that too because it’s required to write a review.. firstly I have been a very loyal customer since years.. but recently the service has been so pathetic and they are ok altering your cakes without any care whether customer will be ok with it or not..they forgot the topper and took 2 hours to get it to my place. They are the worst. NEVER depend your party on their cake.. they will find new ways to mess it up.. trust me.. this was the 2nd...
