Raj Hotel — Hotel in Mumbai

Absolutely pathetic. I booked a room through Oyo for 3 days as I was new to Mumbai. If you're looking for a budget friendly room to stay, this hotel "could" be an option. The location is good, walkable distance from the Santacruz local station. Barring this, nothing is satisfactory about this hotel. They didn't have ready rooms even though I made a prior booking 2 days ago, and the room they allotted was on the ground floor, just behind the reception. They cleaned the room after I reached the hotel. After making me wait for 10-15 min, the room was allotted. It previously had cigarette buds, an unclean floor and a very pathetic washroom. They only have a place to stay, nothing that you can call it a hotel.only rooms are there, tv not working, wifi not working, have common bath and toilet for most of the rooms, no food facility, service boy not boys is also lazy, rooms are not clean and rooms are damp, paint is getting off the walls, ac and tv not working, have to ask many times for towel and soap then only you will get it, same goes for drinking water also.
