The Belgian Waffle Co. — Restaurant in Mumbai

I usually visit this place with my friends and wife, but I had a disappointing experience yesterday. I ordered waffles, and although the counter attendant took my order, they didn't have enough change when it was time to pay. They asked if I had the money, and I explained that I didn't. They suggested making an online payment, but I didn't have GPay or a similar platform. Eventually, the counter attendant informed me that they couldn't accept other forms of payment and suggested canceling my order. While I understood the situation, it made me feel like customer satisfaction wasn't a priority for the staff.

Later, I went to the BR Shop. I ordered ice cream and shared the incident that had just occurred with me two minutes ago. The person there responded by saying, 'I highly value our customers; if I don't have change at my counter, I'll get it from anywhere, but I won't send the customer away without a solution

The place is small so there's limited seating availability but customers can enjoy their waffle outside the store which has a nice pavement. The store is designed nicely with their standard dark yellowish theme.

The menu includes numerous waffles and milkshakes.

The Belgian Waffle Co. is one of the first brands to popularise waffles in Mumbai and it did so with their delicious and perfectly prepared waffles. The waffles tasted delicious. I've tried Red Velvet, Banana Caramel, etc. and this place never disappointed me.

The milkshakes tasted good but they weren't as good as their waffles, it's existence on the menu is mainly to increase the number of offerings.

The quality and quantity was decent. The place is a little pricey but it's definitely worth a try.
