Al-Falah Shawarma — Restaurant in Mumbai

There are so many things wrong with this place:

1. Placed an order at the shop for two Rs.170 Rumali roti shawarma and the quantity is just not what I paid for, felt like I was cheated.
2. They gave me first shawarma after 40mins & the next one after more 10mins. Had to ask him four times when will I be served and I was always informed bass aapka he kar rahe hai iske baad.
3. Didn't even had the courtesy to handle the shawarma in a plate, are you kidding me ? Rs. 170 shawarma cut in half served after 40 minutes without even a plate. Such poor and pathetic service on a Sunday. Taste is average, Price is expensive & the...

Reading the reviews of this outlet I had ordered a spicy chicken and afghani chicken shawarma from here through swiggy. The ordered took an hour to arrive from borivali to dahisar!! To add to the irritation, I couldn't find any difference between the two shawarmas. The taste was mediocre. Few chicken pieces with heavy quantity of mayo. I don't know if they have recently compromised on the quality of their shawarmas as it was my first order and there were many past reviews praising their food items. Disappointing experience. Had the regular Shwarma, the bread they call pita is too thick and the chicken is soaked I'm ketchup and chilly sauce. I didn't get ANY pickled veggie in my shwarma but unfortunately got a healthy helping of Mayo. I've seen them prepare other shwarma, like peri peri, special open chicken, not much changes in the prep. Waited almost 30 mins from placing the order for 5 regular Shwarmas + 1 special open shwarma.
