Not sure if feedbacks are considered to improve their after-sales and service. They showcase their 5 warranty as one of its kind in the industry, but in reality, it's all fake. the warranty card does not have any mention of terms and conditions, nor does the invoice have any such reference, but once you reach out to them for service, they will come up with some document that will state, all the services are chargeable even during the warranty period. The customer service is inferior to the core. No one responds to the numerous calls or messages sent day after day. We go for brands considering they will deliver a quality product, plus they will have better after-sales service, however, this is a myth. local vendors are much serious about their products and services.
