It was very comfortable stay here. The hotel was 10 minutes drive from international airport. They had hotel minivan kind taxi (rs 650 something) that could take we 5 people and huge luggage (6 checkin, 6 carryon).
Hotel rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. (Compare it to small but neat hotel/motel in US, don’t expect like Holiday Inn or Mariotte or Hilton groups). Elevator and room service was available to move the bags to the room and take down at checkout.
Free water bottles and free breakfast buffet which was simply awesome Indian food.
What I didn’t like was they charged extra for third person even kids above age 5, around rs 1.5k over already pricey rs 5.5k per room. And the extra bed they provided was flimsy and collapsed with just kids weight due to damaged joints. Had to put luggage underneath to use it.
The area was safe with several other hotels around. But not great area to eat out. Hotel food was good for room service at lunch or dinner. We could get auto rickshaws to go nearby restaurants for eating out rs 60-80 for 10-12 minutes ride. Mumbai VAC was about 30 minutes ride in auto for rs 120.
Issue was with getting taxis. No one responded in time on uber or ola. Had to pay rs 2k for a cab to go to CST train terminal.

Read moreI just checked in at the hotel. The only reason to book this hotel is extremely nearby from airport. For the very reason, booked this hotel in advance via makemytrip. It landed up in different issue. The price and photos they provided in the website is not accurate. Room is extremely small, it’s claustrophobic. A wide lens photography will make the room looks bigger. Not expecting a five star treatment for the price. But basic good service, any customer can ask for. There is no parking facility in the premises. So parking outside isn’t safe. I have parked my car outside where kids are playing cricket. Advance booking is not at all worth for this property. Walking in and seeing the room and paying for the room would be decent for this hotel. Since the customer will be at the power for denying if they are not satisfied with the property. As for my loss, I have to forcefully stay in hotel without any satisfaction because as per advance booking policy. I can only cancel the property before 48hrs for full refund. But how will customer will be convinced without seeing the property or stayed in property ever. So for all the new customer. Make decision as per your needs....
Read moreEverything seemed great about this hotel until this happened with me- I tried to check-in and asked the reception staff to let me have a look at their room.. I told them that i am getting a good deal on a hotel booking app and I will book the room via the app. Just after having a tour of the room and facilities when I tried to book the room, it was PURPOSELY marked as sold out by the hotel manager as he immediately came to the front desk when he overheard my conversation with the reception lady about booking via the app.
Their regular tariff was higher than what was shown on the app and just for earning a few hundred rupees extra the hotel staff did such an unethical and unscrupulous thing with me.
