To, The Management Team,

I visited with my family to Belgian Waffle Branch Shop no 4 Hanuman Road,Vile Parle East,on the 2nd March 2023

I was told we will get discount on students ID ANYTIME of the day and that child should be there with you to avail the discount which is your current offer for consumers.

Today on 3rd I reach the same store around 11.40pm we placed our order and showed the student ID card with my child along with me.

The cashier Mr.Ramzan Khan was very rude to deny a discount and rather he was not keen to speak as a front desk customer service incharge.Also he was so unmanned to switch off the store light Eben before we recieved our order the same can be checked on the store CCTV recording.

We expressed our self saying we came 2nd consecutive day to avail the service as I was told the same 1 day ago. I also had my guest along but he was so rude when we said it's just 11.45 and yet it's not 12 midnight.He in return said if it wud have been 12 I would not even let you inside my shop.

This is the last time I have entered this branch and you have lost 1 entire family as a consumer for this branch.

I rate negative to this branch service.

We have been a regular customer with this waffle joint but today because of one their employees named Nikita we had a very unpleasant experience. My 68 year old father had gone there with his grandson and returned from there getting disrespected just for telling them that they have given him a torn 20 Rs note. They started telling him you come tomorrow to get it we dont have change . And as my father was not planning to come back again he told them he wanted today as he cannot come back later. The girl Nikita started speaking very rudely with him in front of my son who was listening to this fight between them.I sincerely Urge the owners and the managers to teach their staff some customer service and manners to speak to senior citizens. Very disappointed and never going back to this waffle...

This place is good ... The staff is also good at many branches of them .. now comes the food..they give only one waffle and we r used to 2 waffles with desert n all on it ...the waffle of this is different ...u cannot judge whether it is good or bad..coz it is different than normal waffle ... N the best part is they serve waffle even at 100 bucks ...which no one will give you ..but no doubt costly waffles r tastiest ...I ordered Rocky road waffich ...this is good ...it is very tasty ...it has Oreo n chocolate toppings...the ice cream waffle has good taste something different ... chocolate overload waffle is also good.
