Located onroute to the world famous Khau Galli in Ghatkopar across the main road, Chocolate Heaven is a place to sit & chill with your friends on a beautiful evening. The have big wooden swings installed outside, were you can choose to rekindle the child hidden within you. Their menu has many other options wonderfully done apart from chocolate related delicacies. The place is quite crowded in the evening on a weekend. Evening on weekdays can offer you a secluded place here to have a hearty talk with your loved ones in a cosy ambience. The staff is polite and helpful.

We ordered this chocolate coffee (in the pic below) which was a stop on! Notice the spidy web design so articulately done on it.

What we ordered :

Potato wedges - ⭐ - Doesn't deserve even one star cause the oil used was stale and stinking. INR 230₹

Asked the person to replace it with coffee.

Coffee was just fine. Nothing great for 200₹

Chocolate heaven ghatkopar

Chocolate heaven is an authentic chocolate destination. It always tries to grill the taste buds of chocolate lovers. It brings in flavours of pure chocolate and it's range of dishes. The rates are also that good. But the one start I have deduced from it is it's ambience.

Good enough staff where everyone had a smile on their face...

Service was really nice 💞

Brownie Crumble topped with hot chocolate and whipped Cream the combination is mind-blowing with fantastic presentation...must try

Monster Brownie freakshake

The milkshake was thick as I like, it was made with dark chocolate, a definite treat for dark chocolate & brownie lovers out there.

Risotto

Perfect Italian dish...the texture was cheesy served with veggies on the side coupled with crunchy garlic bread,the portion size is just perfect!! Must try

Spaghetti in White sauce

Again a gem in their menu!! Must try for the spaghetti lovers

Overall this place is Recommended for some great Italian & of course CHOCOLATES 🍫

Food 5/5 Ambience...

I was visiting Ghatkopar today and felt the need to use a washroom, asked at different food places but they had no access to washrooms. Chocolate heaven had the access to washroom but denied me for using it as it was accessible to customers only. In the rainy season if there is no humanity to allow access to a female in emergency at 9 pm what is the use of such big brands. Are they available just for profit purposes. I am really disappointed with this behaviour.

Attaching below the act which says it’s free for females even in 5 star hotels even if they are not the customers

the Sarais Act of 1867 allows women to use the restroom facilities in hotels, including 5-star hotels, even if they are not staying there. The act mandates that hotels and lodges should allow access to toilets and provide free water for all citizens, irrespective of whether they are customers or not

I am looking forward to lodging a complaint against this act on...
