Subway Prabhadevi — Restaurant in Mumbai

I ordered two subs on Zomato from Prabhadevi outlet of Subway.One was Aloo patty and another was Corn and Peas. At the time of checkout on their suggestion I also added Veg toasty.. First of all online they allow you to choose only three sauces which is unfair

But still I left clear instructions to put more sauces and make it juicy and tasty.. and whoa what did I receive... very very dry subs..hardly any sauce and very less veggies.. and one will feel like a beggar after paying 460 Rs... tasteless dry pieces of bread...and the phone number on Zomato of that outlet is out of service and this is not for the first time...it happens All the time.. please refrain from ordering subway and especially the Prabhadevi branch..these guys sell off sauces to make extra income and cheat customers and no one is keeping a tab on them..they ruined my lunch...cheaters this Prabhadevi branch of SUBWAY is...Now that I am checking on other reviews...there are complains pertaining to this branch in terms of quantity and quality... please refrain from using PRABHADEVI...

Worst Manager/Sub Manager or whoever he is, ever!

We ordered a veg salad and there happen to be a strand of hair inside the food. When we asked for the reimbursement or whatever can be done for it he said that if the hair was seen before we ate it, then it would've been exchanged or done something, but since it's eaten it, nothing can be done.

I told him that his point is really illogical as only when you'll eat it and dig it up inside you'll find food. But he rudely denied and dismissed it, ignoring us as if we're speaking dumb.

And before all this, not only did he put the amount of paneer the right way but also reduced it to so little that there were hardly anything left. Which made me question, is 30 or 50 grams of paneer is really worth it the amount I am spending??

And once confronted with all the illogical stuff, he told us he won't do anything to help us

Flies going around while eating due to Open dustbins, food being prepared 15 mins post ordering while literally standing there. The management doesn’t even budge while you are standing there. Neither the tables are cleaned. When requested for clean tables the Management just told us to sit on another table. Disgusting experience. Used to be so much better before, but now I Donot think i Will be returning I also ordered for a Roast chicken melt with virtually no chicken and only peppers and onion and they were refering to the recipe while preparing. Probably one of thw worst things ive ever wasted my money on. Can’t believe it was such a Sub par Sandwhich I...
