Ajanta Party Hall — Local services in Mumbai

I'm writing this review as a warning to others who may be considering booking Ajanta Party Hall in Borivali West. My experience with this hall was a complete disaster, and I'm still fuming about it. First and foremost, DO NOT MAKE ANY ADVANCE PAYMENT WITHOUT FINALIZING THE DETAILS IN WRITTEN! The management will take your money and then refuse to return it under any circumstances. They will not be cooperative once you've made the payment, and they'll keep asking for more money for every little thing. The food tasting was initially impressive, but the actual food served on the occasion was subpar. The quality was very poor, and we were not satisfied with the dishes. We specifically asked for watermelon juice, but they added rose syrup, salt, and other seasonings without our permission. When we complained, they simply told us that it's their standard practice and that we should have informed them otherwise. The management is completely uncooperative and unwilling to listen to customer feedback. The decoration team is also not helpful, and they'll ask for money for every single thing you want to add or change. They'll not allow you to decorate as per your design or vision. In short, Ajanta Party Hall is all about taking orders and not bothering about what you want or need. If you're considering booking this hall, make sure you get everything in writing before making any payment. If not, you'll regret it like I do. I would strongly advise against booking this hall for any occasion. There are better options available, so please don't settle for this...

The MINI hall adjoining , and next door to the AJANTA PARTY HALL , Borivali West, IS Conveniently located . It is 3 minutes walking distance from Borivali West PF no 1, (Exit towards Kandivali Side).

It is also adjacent to Bvli East - West flyover and on the LHS as you come from East to West.

The hall is good for Conferences ,Small Get togethers and Parties, for upto 30 pax in Class room type seating .

Projectors, and Sound System can be arranged by the Hall at very reasonable rate.

It has a AC hall , sofa and chair both seating arrangement, Banquet facility with serving counter in the hall

It also has a washroom and good catering facility. The Manager Jaswant Rana and His Chef Mr Rana are from Uttarakhand , and good in their work area.

The hall is quite long and is rectangular , in shape.

We have celebrated Birthday party. Surly recommed this place. They have 2 halls 1 is small and another one is big. I prefer big hall for 30 to 80 people. Very much comfortable. They have one changing room and one washroom. Parking is also there. Nice place. Very much affordable. Nice people, very much helpful, trusted people. We forgot our things there but they given back all.
