Dhampur Green — Local services in New Delhi

Merchant Order ID- ORD/0620/1322, which was placed on 29th June 2020. The Gur was recieved a few days later around 3-4 th July 2020. We opened the packets on 16th July 2020 and found that most of them had fungus inside the packet. Upon complaint they said we can only refund if you courier the fungus infected items to our office. I sent them attached photos, they are the most rude bunch of people running a sham. I raised a complaint on consumer forum, after two months they refunded and in the closing statement wrote Its a typical issue of not refrigerating the items. Please don't buy from them, they sell some worst quality items and some really bad customer service. Rather go for reputed brands who care about consumer...

I run a home bakery in a small town in Himachal Pradesh. Have been using Dhampure's icing sugar for some time now, and now I am their loyal customer! I have tried other brands, but doesn't match Dhampure's quality. Gur was okay. Gur chikki was poisnous June 2020 made, polythene smell was on chikki and packet was open and all soggy (why u make chikki in June?).
