Recently, in the 1st week of July , we came across an offer of Lunch buffet at OKO for Rs.1500+ 18% GST per person. Me and my old friends decided to meet up there for lunch on Saturday. I'll tell you what all we liked and what we did not. 1.LIKE-- a. The location on the 28th floor is great. b. The 360 degree view of CP, Shanker market, The ring railway station, Modern School compound, etc was awesome. You can spend hours sitting by the window , watching and eating. c. Decoration and furniture is lovely- comfortable and beautiful. d. Staff behaviour - polite and courteous. e. Cleanliness- was spick and span as the HK guy kept on wiping to keep it spotlessly clean. We were the first ones to arrive there. f. Washroom - very well maintained. g. Service - Was timely ( won't say prompt) . h. Food was tasty, desserts were great and plating was fine. DID NOT LIKE.-- It was a buffet, so the portion sizes were very very small, NOT fit for a 5 star hotel buffet lunch.-- A single spring roll was thinner and smaller than my thumb and it was cut into two and served. Just two pieces per person. The pieces of chicken in Kung Pao dry, Chicken smoked Red pepper and Fish Salt and Pepper were extremely small, Slightly bigger than my thumb nail, maybe 1 inch by 1inch. The number of fish/ chicken pieces served on my plate were two pieces (first time) and next time ONLY ONE PIECE with TONS of fried onions- just to increase the amount served on a plate and fool the guest.. I was really unhappy. I told the service boy to give more chicken pieces ,to all of us and NOT tons of fried onions. He just smiled and said sorry and went away. He did not serve the item again. The Thai curry was watery, not thick. Less coconut milk was used. Vegetable pieces in it was less. Not very satisfied with the quantity of food. Do not understand , why the chefs cooked less and instructed the service boys to serve less. We were not allowed to go to the buffet counter to pick up the food and the quantity as...

Imagine stepping into a restaurant on the top floor of a high-rise building, where the moment you’re seated, you're greeted by a breathtaking view that instantly elevates your dining experience. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an expansive panorama that stretches as far as the eye can see, creating a stunning backdrop for your meal. The restaurant ambience was serene, with elegant decor that seamlessly blended traditional aesthetics with modern luxury.
The food was of top notch quality. The sushi was impeccably fresh and it tasted as good as it looked. The Thai style salt and pepper dish (Yam Phak Crob) was a perfect blend of crispy and fresh, filled with a medley of vegetables and served with a tangy, slightly sweet sauce. The Som Tam salad was both refreshing and packed with flavors, making it a perfect appetizer. Each of the main course dishes were crafted with care and attention to detail, showcasing high-quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The flavors were bold yet balanced leaving you with a sense of satisfaction and delight. The mocktails were very refreshing and complemented the food experience.
However, what truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service. Our server, Gireesh, was attentive without being intrusive, anticipating our needs with grace and efficiency. He expertly guided us through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly.
In every aspect, from the exquisite food to the outstanding service, this lunch was a testament to the high standards of...
