Visited drama for the first time on a weekend. Itâs next to Local lounge and opposite Tamasha. Had prebooked using Swiggy Dineout for a 40% discount. Ground floor seating is ok and the AC was intermittently switching off. Later we shifted to the 1st floor. Seating is better there. Songs were good. DJ started around 8.30 pm had a very low tempo and average. Barely any crowd. Picked up tempo after 10pm. We tried hookah, which was good. Again itâs 1500 plus taxes. First Virat agreed for a discount then sent the complete bill minus the discount then They removed the service charge on request. The lounge bar is pretty expensive though. We had Fratelli white wine. Had taka tak soya chaap, which had nice masala. Mushroom galauti was unavailable. Creamy broccoli was quite sweet and average so we had it changed.,paneer tikka was nice. Daal and lachha, garlic naan were good. Service was good. Rani served us pretty well and smilingly. At the time of billing the Swiggy Dineout offer showed expired for some reason, which never happens. We had arrived in time for the booking. Probably the restaurant ddnt confirm because at the time of entry they couldnât locate but they confirmed and said there was no issue. Then they were like pay through Zomato etc which had just 20% off. Virat the manager who was continuously checking with us earlier about food etc smilingly ddnt even come to check as to what problem we were facing. The other manager was like you call swiggydineout. Eventually they agreed to give us a 40% discount like it was in our prebooked deal. This shouldnât happen because it spoils the whole experience otherwise, which happened for us. You let the guests know that we canât find the booking even after we showed the booking of screenshot so that one can act accordingly rather than creating an issue later. They did repeat the hookah flavour on their own towards the end but because of this bill issue we couldnât have it or enjoy. Also, we had a total of 10 glasses of wine in the group and I checked with them if itâs one bottle or 1.5 or 2. They confirmed it was a single bottle and would be for Rs 3500 all inclusive but later came back saying there was some mistake itâs not one but 2 bottles. So we have to pay 7000 and not 3500. Billing wise there are lot of contradictions and issues. I would have rated their service...
