Somewhat hesitant to go inside as its a small entrance, was pleasantly surprised by the stairs to the first level and ample seating. The washbasin area is clean and sanitised. The seating tables are clean and you don't feel that you are looking at someone else food on the next table. The food is delicious and service is quick. Our waiter suggested the mutton handi biryani and chicken masala and both were delicious. Biryani normally is oily but this was not. They serve it with a gravy that is awesomely delicious and moist to eat with the rice. Must try The chicken masala was piece de resistant. Lots of meat and the masala was not too over the top on spices. Had that with piping hot tandoori roti. Must try !!! Service is quick and courteous and the experience is value for money. This was my second visit here and I made sure that when I ordered the food I asked for mild spice . But it was still spicy !! The chicken was tender and lots of gravy which went well with a tandoor roti. The Prawn biryani was a big disappointment. Prawns have their own taste and this dish had so much garam masala that it drowned the taste of the prawns. I enjoyed it like any other meat biryani . In this area, we have found this single hotel at night, which was open to serve. On Ground floor there is a section for Liquor 🥃 consumers 😊. First Floor is exclusively for family. In menu we found one beverage - SONKADHI , This Beverage was totally new for us. We asked the recipe of this drink before ordering then the waiter told us it's the beverage from Konkan and Goa.
